iTechDeals.comReviews of itechdeals.com

I really wish Trustpilot would let you paste your reviews... I am trying to give as many bad reviews for iTechdeals as I can. These people are scammers, they steal your money and refuse to refund it, even when you never receive your order. My CC company is on it now. Screw these guys. May their company sink and go under and they all find hair on their plates and lipstick on the rims of their glasses the next time they dine out. Karma's comin' folks!

Horrible company I purchased EarPods refurbished with a year long warranty. When I received them the battery would not last for an hour. I did everything they advised I should do to troubleshoot. I asked to exchange them after a month once I was fed up They would not snd said to return them. I returned the product they asked me to tell them once they received it and they would process the return. They received it I emailed and told them. No response and no refund given. Go figure a SCAM buyer beware stay away!!!! They stole my product and my money essentially as they have both now. So so sad I’ll never use them again.

I received a gift from ITechdeals.com. I rcvd a smartwatch, 42mm. I reached out to them and asked if I could get the 45mm. At first they said they could only do refund. I explained it was a gift and I wouldn't have access to the funds plus it looks tacky sending something back and arrange to get the money. I was told send it back and they would exchange. I did so. I emailed them a few days later to find out status of my return. The woman told me she refunded the money. I was extremely upset and asked to speak to a manager. Haven't heard from anyone but the customer service person.

Laptop doesn't work

Over 33 days since the order. Shipment has not arrived. No refund. The only way to contact customer support is by email with a 24hour delayed response. The responses contain duplicative statements. They do not follow through with promises for corrective action. There information is not accurate and rather deceiving. I don't know what else to do but share this experience here, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and challenge ask my credit card company to reverse the charge.

You'd never believe that these crooks sent me a laptop that had NO battery. It was refurbished. Yeah, right. No battery and 4 screws in the bottom of the case. I'm not sure they even wiped it off. Never again! They did give me $20 bucks in a refund, for a $33 battery and I found it, bought it, and installed it. Up yours Amy.

Buyer beware ! ITechDeals is assessing a $6 restocking fee and also wants us to pay return postage and provide tracking information for a $16 purchase.

Second time I bought from them...second time I got a broken piece of crap! Bought the apple watch, the same day I got it (bought for my wife bday) I had to check it out because of other stuff I bought from them...I thought maybe it was a one off thing...nope. If it says refurbished on this site..it means you are getting a broken piece of crap that will not work. Do not waste your time or money...The watch, was so filthy, you can see where someone had worn this and itech did not even take a moment to wipe it down (with covid 19 spreading). So if they did not even wipe it down, they definitely did not take the time to fix the inside of the watch! This site is like a garage sale, you get the junk nobody wants because its broken...so you sell it cheap enough to get rid of it and then ask stupid questions...like, did you try to troubleshoot it? Did you try another phone? What, you think we are all stupid... Do not buy anything from them and give it as a gift...you will make many sad faces when the item you thought was a great gift...is now a broken return...just buy direct from apple...avoid the stupid.
