Customer service was very helpful and exceeded my expectation

great customer service! fast response.

I purchased a gift for my boyfriend n it had a problem . They solved it and were really helpful and quick about it . I will definitely buy something from here again . Excellent customer service.

Ordered a movie from iTechDeals, which never showed up. After the replacement movie I ordered didn't show up, they were quick to take care of the issue. Great customer service!

I explained the problem and it was explained to me what the process would be and about how long it would take. Then things happen just as I was told it would happen. Thank you.

I order from itechdeals periodically. This last order had one item - a DVD - which refused to play on my equipment. When I called the problem to their attention, they identified several possible resolutions and gave me my choice, which they followed through on.

Even though the item I ordered was returned, I am still giving five stars. The item ordered came quicker than expected and the customer service was excellent. This is a great company and I will definitely be ordering again in the future.
