I purchased 2 iphones and they both had issues from the start. I contacted Amy at customer support. She handled everything perfectly and stayed in touch. We were refunded the full amount of purchase and a return pre-paid label. I have always like Itech and this was an excellent customer service experience. I do wish the phones had worked, however.

The product I ordered was not usable---It was not well designed and was not usable BUT in spite of a not very favorable printed return policy, iTech returned the charges without any fees or shipping charges being deducted. I will continue to do business with them in the future. GOOD JOB iTech.
