Very prompt response.Great prices on all things tech-🙄 related.

iTechDeals is great! Speedy delivery, decent products and full support from customer service. They answer emails speedily within a day.

I have never been a big fan of on-line shopping because I am afraid of no responses or late responses to my questions/ request after I punch my credit card number and place the order. However, my experience with iTechDeals.com do change my view. I had an request to my order, which I think is unusual, but their customer support team responded my email and took immediate action to my request within less than 24 hours. I was very pleased and satisfied with my on-line shopping experience with iTechDeals.com. I highly recommend everyone to shop on their website for your technology products, because they offer good price, no shipping charges and great customer services.

I bought the wrong beats headphones. When I couldn’t find a telephone number to get them returned I was concerned. I shouldn’t have been. The email response was quick and I was able to return the product with no problem. I dealt with Mary in customer service and she was excellent.
