This is like the third or fourth time I purchased from iTechDeals.com, usually small electronics because they have the best prices around. I never returned anything before, but this time was an exception because the products just wouldn't work for me. I contacted iTechDeals.com with very low expectations about how the return process would be. But I was presently surprised. A person named Mary helped me within 24hrs and followed all the way through the process via emails until my refund was processed. I am very happy and impressed. Because of this, I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again in the future.

Honestly I was really worried about the hassle of having to return my item but Mary made it a very smooth and pleasant experience!
