Excellent transaction! Fast shipping. Item arrived as advertised fully charged. One small glitch that somehow resulted in a leftover malware file that infected the first download on the Mac OX download. Amy in customer service was definitely righ tfere to assist me by emailing an instruction on doing a factory reset that fixed it all! Thanks again Amy!

Great price and great service to ensure delivery satisfaction even on the smallest of orders !!!

I would recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is outstanding.

My first order never arrived. When I contacted customer service, I received a quick and friendly reply and was asked to give it a few more days. When it still didn't arrive, they again replied quickly, apologized, and sent out a new order. Customer service as perfect as is gets! I will definitely order from iTech Deals again.
