Finally...good support, difficult to get to/discover the appropriate link to cancel a recent order. Once the link was found, found, received good response, and documents cancellation assurance. If an order has not shipped, it should be easy to change, or cancel.

My initial experience with itechdeals was not a great one. I ordered an unlocked iPhone for a gift, but the one that arrived was not unlocked. I contacted customer service and they arranged a return very quickly for me. They attempted a replacement, but the phone was out of stock so my money was refunded right away.

It started out bad, but we got it figured out. They were good with communication, but thought the product was poorly made. I was hoping for better quality. The company stood behind their product. That was a plus.

Had an issue with the first Mac Book. They took it back and sent me a new on. Process was a little longer the desired, but not too bad. Although they didn't send me a "shipped" email the first time.

Great experience shopping

I returned a Laptop & thought it would be more difficult but it was not. They were great to deal with & Any was a sweetheart. I would have givin' 5 stars if they had a phone.
