Oh my gosh! What a shady company! They show one item on the website and send you something nothing like it and expect you to pay to return the crap they sent! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Horrible Company, Horrible support. EXTREMELY slow shipping with no explanation why. Will not use again.

This place has an F rating with BBB!! I ordered a laptop July 3rd. I paid for expedited shipping. I gave it about a week and a half before I inquired about my order. I'm so glad I didn't forget about my order with them. It never would have come and I would be out $240!! The computer was a great deal. Only $179 plus the 3 year warranty was added in. The total before shipping was $207. With it was $237 so I rounded it up. I contacted them the first time to find out the status because I hadn't received a tracking number or notification that it'd been shipped. I finally did either that day or the day after. They kept giving me the runaround. Two weeks after I ordered, I requested a refund on the shipping since it was supposed to be free but I paid for expedited. Another few days go by and I still don't see movement. I respond to the last email and tell them I want my refund for the expedited shipping. I'm told they'll talk to their manager. I wake up this morning at 2:35 am pacific time to a text from a LOCAL number (they're in NJ, I'm in CA) that a refund had been issued, $207. What happened to the $30 I paid for the shipping??? I'm waiting on that response. This was my first and LAST time I'm ordering from this company. Hopefully people are smarter than I was and look up reviews first rather than waste money with this company. It is not acceptable!

I so far have waited over 10 days for an item to be shipped. Customer service does not respond to emails either. Can’t rate product as still waiting to receive. Will not buy from this site again.

Had a terrible experience. Placed order on 5/26 and received shipping confirmation. After no updates on shipment reached out to their support on 6/7. They said they were reaching out to their shipping dept “ASAP” After no updates reached out a few days later. Was told on 6/9 this was sent to their manager. After no updates reached out again. Was told on 6/11 they really asked a manager to look into it. No updates on 6/16. I finally gave up and requested a refund. On 6/17 they got back indicating they’ll be sending it to their finance dept to issue a refund. Terrible experience. Seems like they don’t know how to ship items appropriately. I would’ve much rather received my items then getting a refund but oh well. Be aware.

This company is probably a front for importing goods from China or their direct represents. The product are cheap, overpriced Junk, in addition it took over a month for my order to arrive; takes a long time to come from China. I am angry at myself for purchasing from them , I am usually pretty good at sporting a scam. Do yourself a favor , avoid any business with iTechDeals.

Ordered an Apple iWatch in late March for my son and daughter for graduation. Finally gave it to them at the end of May. When they charge them for the 1st time, 1 wouldn’t hold a charge longer than an hour and the other wouldn’t power up at all. Customer service said it was beyond their return policy time so I was out of luck.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THERE SCAMMERS WITH OLDDDD PRODUCTS AND WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT YOUR BANK.
