Great response time when you contact customer support and they are fast at resolving issues

Mary was most helpful. I had ordered 4ea USB-C cables, which were only $1.00ea a total of $4.00. Somehow I thought the cables were $4.00 each. Anyway the cables would not work with my device a Nokia 6.1 smartphone, so I requested a refund which I got. Looking back for $4.00 I should have just tossed the cables. I ordered the "Wireless Bluetooth In-Ear Stereo Earbud with Mic in White" and it was not working, i contacted customer service and they were excellent. They responded immediately to my issue. First they tried to remedy the problem but when that was to no avail, they refunded my payment immediately. I would highly recommend doing business with them as they are honest and care about customer satisfaction.

I had an issue with two reconditioned items and they handled it very graciously. That was not the case on a prior purchase several years ago, so they have made vast improvements! Based on this alone, I would recommend this company.

I had ordered a Samsung tablet but was unable to find a case to fit it. I'm 77 with arthritis and need a special strap so I dont have to grip things like this. I emailed ITech and explained my problem and we told to just refuse the order when it came since the label was already printed. The next day I was emailed that customer service had been able to cancel my order and had refunded PayPal. That's good honest service and I'm so appreciative. I will continue to check their sales for a tablet that I can use comfortably. It isn't often (maybe never) that I've had such good service and I will highly recommend them to my friends.
