I had tech issues when ordering (cell service) and therefore my order went through three times without me realizing it until I got order confirmation emails overnight. Before I even had a chance to reach out the next morning the company reached out to see if I wanted to cancel two of them. Then, I didn’t receive the wire likelast due to mailman error (happens all the time) and the company was quick in refilling the order. Great to work with.

My first package didn't arrive within the timeframe. The response from customer service was prompt and they offered to resend or refund. The staff I talked to were very pleasant and helpful.

At first I was upset that the surprise box I received had mostly junk, and not one phone or iPad charger which I felt there surely will be one of those. After some investigation, Amy helped me get a complete refund m8nus the cost of shipping back to iTechDeals. She was very nice and competent.
