The few times I have had to contact customer service I have been pleased with their response. They do care about their customers.

I purchased an iPad it arrived in beautiful condition, however it wasn’t compatible with my iPhone so i reach out to request a return. Amy was super helpful, my email got a response right away. Very specific introductions were given and i was able to do the return without any issues.

iTech was great. I had a little problem with my shipment and I initially thought it was lost in the mail. iTech was willing to replace the shipment free of charge!!! Thankfully the shipment finally came and it was resolved but I was glad how quickly they responded to me and their willingness to help me out!

I bought a GPS unit which turned out to be a dud. I was late in lodging a complaint (since I was travelling with a dud GPS!). iTD customer care/support folks were exceptionally exemplary in understanding this defective product issue and professional and prompt about resolving its return. iTD is an honest company to do business with.
