ITechdeals has great customer service! They follow up on how well you like the products sent to you. If you find a product doesn’t work for you, they will help. I had one representative clearly explain the process for a return and stuck with me throughout the entire experience so that I knew what to expect and wasn’t bounced from person to person. Myself and my extended family have purchased many items from them.

iTechDeals has an awesome Customer Service Department. I bought an item that didn’t fit right. I contacted iTechDeals and got the information needed to return the item. Once they received the information needed I had my refund. I highly recommend iTechDeals.

The staff was very professional in dealing with my returns. I was bit greedy to expect high quality in ear plugs by paying 10% of regular price. I returned and received full amount inspite of USPS delays with missing tracking numbers due to either I or post Man doing job at right time. Thanks Mary!
