Had a problem with shipping my order
Had a problem with my order. It was shipped to my NY address and then returned to Itech. I filled out contact form and it was traced and reshipped within 2 days to my Florida address.

Samsung Chromebook
Received chrome book very excited about getting started as Iam a Blogger, however once opened, I found a damaged port. I emailed customer service and received a quick response very impressed. Received RA number and free shipping back to the company. The Rep was Great! I am now waiting for an Exchange.. I will update once replacement is received

I received an item that was defective…
I received an item that was defective and they issued me a full refund without having to return the item. Customer Service at it's best. I highly recommend them.

Great Service, Despite HW Issue
Great Service, Despite HW Issue I was able to get a good deal on some hardware, but it was damaged. Since there was a limited lot of HW, I contacted customer support. They really took care of me and we ended working on a deal. I would recommend this company and I'll be back!
