Great products, some are a bit used as it is refurbished but never had an issue with the usability and functionality of any of the products I’ve ordered. Great customer service team. Shipping is a bit slow but it IS free so no complaints there.

I had to return an item I had bought through iTech Deals because I just wasn’t satisfied with the exterior and I felt it was too damaged. I knew I was getting a refurbished item but I didn’t realize what I would potentially get. So I had to return it and the return process was easy. Customer service was amazing!!! They responded to all my annoying emails quickly and there was no hassle. I got my refund as soon as the item was delivered. I am definitely planning on purchasing another item soon because I am confident that I will be taken care of if I have any issues.
