The company's staffs are great to help customers

Although there was a snafu with the shipping by USPS. After bringing it up to their attention they resent another item and it got here so quickly I couldn’t believe it. They really did step up and that is what I was most impressed with.

I've ordered a few things from iTechDeals, and it's always been a good experience. I ordered an item yesterday, and fired off an email immediately asking about the delivery date. Amy from Customer Service wrote me back right away, was super nice and informative, and assured me the item should be here tomorrow, gave all the shipping info, etc. Sounds boring, but this is the kind of service I crave these days!
