I had to return a second laptop that I purchased this year. There was some confusion in the beginning, but there was consistent communication and I did receive a full refund.

I purchased a chrome book for my son but once it was received the casing had cracks that I was afraid he would cut himself on and the screen looked as if it would go out any day. I contacted the company immediately and was asked to provide pics. I did and from there I was allowed to return the device for a refund. The customer service rep was very nice and responded to all of my emails in a timely manner. I have purchased from this company several times and will continue to do so because of this. The only complaint I have is that I was responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the device.

The used item I purchased came quickly and well wrapped. Unfortunately it was a school computer and had some screen damage and the mousepad was deeply scratched. But iTech was very good in taking me thru the return process. So 5 stars for purchase process, 3 stars for the product/surface defects and 5 stars for the return process

While I had a couple of issues with the devices I received, the Customer Service I received was terrific! They were responsive, and corrected the issues for me right away.

I ordered two chrome books and the price was great. The order information tracking number they gave me I could never get it to work but the package cme through DHL and I haven't much experience with the shipping company but I received my package after2 and a half weeks and over all the chromebooks I ordered were well worth the price.

This is a great little product. I installed them in about 5 seconds and they shine so bright. I would have given 5 stars but they didn’t fit in some of my receptacles. Possibly due to the way my receptacles were put into the box. Love them though!

Purchase was easy and order was confirmed promptly. Tracking was off, but sent and email and had wonderful service. Delivery was delayed (no fault of iTech) but when I got the laptop the wrong power supply was sent - thankfully I had one that works with this model. Hoping they can rectify it.
