Great customer service.

Purchased a refurbished ipod, and upon arrival noticed a blotch on the screen when on. It Was on every change trying to move forward. I contacted iTech and with a few pics of the issue they accepted my return. It took about a week, but all was good. It was easy and simple. Very happy with outcome and went ahead with another purchase with them.

I've ordered from here twice. Even though the first box came for mostly iPhone which we do not have we still got some great product. I ordered a second box and got 2 different charging packs which is pretty awesome. A new headset and new charging cord that lights up. Will continue to order from here.
