Problem solved!

Amy has been super helpful! We appreciate her help.

My representative Amy helped me throughout the replacement process. The process was quick and painless. As much as I hated to go through the experience, Amy made it pleasant. By far this was the best service support I've received to date. Thanks

Customer service is quick to respond and provide actual helpful answers. Unlike other online co's. Keep up the great work itechdeals!

Excellent customer services! I recommend purchasing from this comany.

I've purchased a couple items from itechdeals and everything was great. I contacted customer service once and they were very helpful. Shipping was average speed. I especially like that I can use PayPal to pay, which gives me protection on the transaction. With these two great experiences, I would definitely buy from them again.

I will be shopping here again the best in quality and Great customer service
