Always happy with my purchases and customer support

The price offered for the Dyson drier seemed too good to be true, so naturally I was skeptical but took a chance. I received immediate order confirmation, but then silence on shipment. I finally wrote and received an immediate response confirming shipment and tracking information. Apparently the original email to me was lost in transmission. Absolutely great service and great prices,

Effortless returns thru one email.
