I ordered the apple lightening cables at $1 each. When they arrived the did not fit . The metal ends were too thick. I contacted customer support and the quickly refunded my money. Bad product but good customer service.

Easy and prompt service Chromebook wouldn't charge, I sent an email and immediately got a RA and a shipping label. Forgot about the refund, emailed again and got a refund right away.

I have no issue with the people I dealt with through emails. They were very helpful. I do have a problem with the mystery box of tech items. I understand that it was just a deal for unknown items. $20 is not really a big deal. However when I opened the box I saw nothing but junk. There was an armband for an iphone 5. Who has an iphone 5?. The value of the items were promised to be at least $99. What I saw looked like maybe $5. There were about 5 items in there and they were all so obsolete it was comical. Needless to say I won't be doing business with this company any longer.

This is a mixed review. My initial order went missing somewhere between DHL and the USPS. I kept waiting, including contacting the post office, but the package never resurfaced. After about 6 weeks I contacted iTech. My interaction with iTech customer service eventually produced results. The response was quick and after a back and forth outlining options, my package was resent. It may have taken two months, but I finally have my order and so far it is working great. Thank you, Amy at iTech Customer Service.

Product, especially sale items, are of poor quality. Customer service is quick and nice though. So 3 star as over all experience.
