iTechDeals.comReviews of itechdeals.com

Mary was excellent. I had a customer that cancelled on me and Mary was able to get in contact with the shipping company to cancel the shipping. I honestly didn’t know if that would be possible but I’m so glad she went the extra mile to find out!

The assistance I was given, by Amy, made my experience shopping on iTechDeals.com quite easy. Unfortunately this particular product did not fit our needs, but based on the customer service, I look forward to my next purchase from iTechDeals.com.

The device I ordered wouldn't take a charge and customer service refunded my money right away with no hassle;

I had to cancel an order after it had shipped and the customer service department did a great job and I had my money refunded right away.

Great customer service!

Customer service is wonderful. I asked about my order and got a response 12 hours later which is way better than most companies. They answered all my questions.

I bought 5 outlet LED lights. Four worked just fine. One did not. I contacted them through e-mail and Amy responded immediately and notified me by apologizing for the issue then told me that a replacement has been sent. Your responsiveness will ensure my continued patronage. Needless to say I will pass on this experience to all my friends. Thank you.

Purchased 2 Chromebooks. Was having problems with getting 1 of them to power on. Contact Itech support. After several troubleshooting methods no fix. Contacted Amy back from ItechDeals support. She sent me a RMA label to send it back for a refund. I informed her that I didnt want a refund can they just replace it with another. She informed me that was possible. ItechDeals is sending a replacement. Im conpletely satisfied with their response time. Every email I sent got answered promptly.
