Easy to work with and took care of my issues right away. I will order again

best deals ever, I have oder multiple electronics, all in great shape, authentic and best value, customer service is awesome and respond fast , first place to look for great deals

I have had the best experiences with every product we have ordered. Today was the first time I had to contact customer service and even they were awesome!

Very impressed with customer service. Getting a response from a human was quite a change from auto-reply and gibberish copy/paste from a prepared script. ITech has nailed an important aspect of any firm's growth and stability.

Great customer service

The customer service experience I received was fantastic. I had an issue with something that was completely on my end and not theirs, and they helped me resolve it in a timely matter with emails keeping me in the loop the entire process. If you get Mary... she is a superstar! So kind and went above and beyond to assist me! Can’t wait to be able to order something again seeing how fantastic they were this time around.

I reached out to a rep after not receiving my tracking number .The rep responded in a timely matter and resolved my issue. Thanks again

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY KIDS LAPTOPS AND YOU GUYS WERE AMAZING ASSISTING ME WITH EVERYTHING THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH
