ITechDeals sent the wrong product but Amy with customer support took care of getting it resolved quickly.

There are times when you buy things, that is so cool you unfortunately get a bad batch or non working product. But if you have purchase that item from a company that backs there product and offer warranties. As a consumer you have no fear of losing your hard earned money. Purchased some SKY BUDS from iTechDeals and got a pair of dud buds, but after reporting my sadness to them. I got awesome results from Amy one of there customer service representative, and save my frown and turned it upside down. Thank you again.... Awesome Amy.

Fantastic service. Ordered economy shipping and had it within two weeks. When I told them I hadn't received my tracking number, they immediately sent it to me and turns out I got it the very next day. The contents were FANTASTIC. Got something I really needed and a few items I needed for backups. Great experience.

Great costumer service

I purchase 2 Fujitsu tablets. They both worked well out of the box. I was disappointed that they didn't come with a stylus, (I didn't read the details well), however, they function as promised. I will definitely purchase again from Itechdeals. Customer support responds very quickly.
