They sold me counterfeit Apple products and wouldn't give me back my money when I realized it (and had proof that the goods were fake).

My order was placed on the 6th of this month. The tracking number issued turned out to be nothing but numbers. After receiving several apologetic emails over the past three weeks, I was informed that an error had been addressed and I would receive expedited service and a new tracking number. That was 6 days ago. I've yet to see a parcel, tracking number. Iwas informed 6 days ago that a refund couldn't be processed because my package had already been shipped. With the modern technology available, no one can determine where.

I received an item I purchased a week ago..it arrived damaged and unusable. I contacted the company explaining and even sent pictures showing the item arrived broken and unusable..they claimed they would issue a replacement it has now been a week and absolutely nothing has been done.. I have contacted customer service multiple times and still nothing has been done..still havent received a replacement or even tracking and shipping showing one has been sent out..my recommendation is to be aware and stay away

This place is a rip off!!! I ordered 3 Logitech remotes, after months and months trying to get my money back for none delivery, they claim that I gave them the wrong address. I don't know who pays $92 for 3 remotes and then turn around and give a fake address!! The tracking shows it was returned to there NJ Post Office. Please google "itechdeals.com reviews" before ordering. You have been warned.

Daughter found the site via Walmart Good thing, as it took Walmart intervening to get a reply from customer service re the tablet she received that had a useless keyboard. Refurbished implies not pretty, sure, it supposed to work though, Much time is spent lugging it to the apple store etc,per itech and, it can't be repaired. Send it back for a replacement. 2nd tablet even less pleasing to the eye which is fine, don't care so long as it works. Again,keyboard issues. Am advised to jump through same hoops again to same end. Added bonus; piece of junk part 2 won't turn off which i discover when I notice it is was hot when we got home from Apple store, so, I babysit it until the battery dies we are told to send it back and the rep would loop in a management type or whatever to make sure we get a working machine Daughter very excited until - Suddenly, a refund appears in her bank account - check the thread with the service rep and "sorry, i just found out our policy is to (not have working laptops for sale) only do one return". So after all this I got a kid who still needs a laptop for school She is quite bright and scholarships and loans get you in the door but don't cover everything hence her trying this. She is now out the cost of the case, shipping, and time spent dealing with this. Over all a horrible, disappointing experience. I don't think they ever had functional laptops to sell.

I have purchased 5 different times. The first two orders never received. 1st ordered was refunded almost 3 months later. 2nd order took 5 months to receive because of the legal threats, police complaints I filed. There customer service is one of worst. Very disorganized, very insensitive.

Added a review to a product that was not as advertised and the review never posted. No RMA offered.
