Their customer service is horrible. I received a Kindle with a scratched up screen, as they packed it very poorly for shipping. They said I could ship it back to them, AT MY EXPENSE, and they would replace it. They would probably ship another damaged device, and I would have to pay for that shipping as well. They shipped it in a plastic bag, not a box, so of course it was going to damaged in shipping. They took no responsibility, and each response from them took a few days.

Slow customer service, the most horrid "refurbish" I've seen in my life, just terrible everything. It's taken over 3 weeks for them to issue my refund on a chromebook (even after contacting them it still hasn't been issued) that was missing a hinge cover and had a giant hole behind the screen on one corner, that also turned off if it was unplugged. The second one I purchased has overheated half the times I've used it and when it does work it's terribly sluggish doing basic functions like skimming facebook. The memory on the second one is also less than defined on the website. I tried to post a review on their actual site, guess what? Two days later it still hasn't appeared on the product page. This site is a scam.

Horrible! Ordered their tech mystery box and got items that you can buy at the $1.00 store. One item that was sent was preowned and doesn’t work! I asked them for a shipping label to return and was told no. Just being dissatisfied with my purchase is not reason enough to return. I was corresponding with someone named Amy, who was rude and condescending. I haven’t shopped at any place online that doesn’t have a customer satisfaction guarantee. In fact, she claimed if it was defective they would allow a return. As stated, one item was used; it was a wireless meat thermometer! I wasn’t about to use this on something I’m cooking; I don’t know where it’s been, but I did see fingerprints all over it! All I wanted to do was return their stuff with their shipping label. Would’ve probably bought from them again, not anymore after this experience!

It’s the worst quality and packing also shipping took 14 days I don’t recommend buying from them.

Over two weeks and my computer I purchased still hasn't even shipped. Could have bought the same thing on Amazon or eBay for same price and had it 10 days ago.

I purchased a supposedly refurbished iPad Air from iTechDeals. Instead I received an iPad that still had the previous owner's management software installed. The means that only the previous owner is able to utilize the iPad, and being an iPad Air, it was too light to even use as a door stop. I requested and RMA for the defective device, returned it and asked for a replacement. iTechDeals stated they would do so if any were left in stock. Given that I really wanted an iPad I (stupidly) purchased another iPad thinking that no company could care so little about customer service to ship two different items of the same model with the same defect to the same customer. Unfortunately iTechDeals proved that customer satisfaction is apparently irrelevant to their business model. The second iPad had exactly the same management software installed, from the exact same prior owner. I requested an RMA and returned the second useless iPad. The first iPad return was delivered to iTechDeals on December 3. On December 12 I contacted iTechDeals to ask why I had not yet received a refund. I was informed that the refund had already been issued, and miraculously the refund arrived in my account the same day. The second iPad was received by iTechDeals also on December 12. To date (January 9) I still have not received the refund for the second iPad. Clearly iTechDeals does not take any care over the quality of the goods they sell and don’t consider customers important enough to refund for defective goods in a timely manner.

This is an update to earlier review. So disappointed. Here's what I learned. Don't give review early, especially when asked, before they have completed their requirements. Don't trust companies that think that having a phone number is bad business. Its also most probably a lie. When they have to call vendors or partners, it isn't coming from a personal cell phone. My package was in NJ, waiting to be shipped with a tracking number for 5 days. Their shipping partner - D H L - posted inaccurate data, updated slowly, there was a more than 2 day period where there were no updates, has yet to respond to three emails and I have three calls in their queue waiting a call back. It's only been 149 hours as of now. Should be any time now. There is a chance something can go wrong with things from any company. You can test their mettle by how they react. There was never an attempt to check with the shipping company. Instead they just give me the shipping info again. They made no attempt to find any way to get me a replacement iPad quickly or at all. If this was me being an jerk, I would understand. I wasn't. I was polite and respectful and have nothing but lost time and aggravation to show for it. Sadly, it's just who they are,.

I tried to purchase multiple tablets from this company and my order came back with unable to place order on their site. A couple days later I noticed that my pay pal account was charged! I contacted support and they said they did not see the order what so ever and had me send proof. I sent the proof of the transaction and the charge over to them and they went completely dark. They still have yet to respond. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
