The product I ordered got lost by USPS or something. I contacted iTalk and they immediately got on a new order for me. They responded very promptly to every email I sent them during the process, and I sent some late at night. They always answered within 8 hours. I got the product and the harnesses are exactly as described. They are easy on and off, and aren't a pain in the butt for me or my dogs to get on. They are personalized just as I asked. Would. Definitely do business with them again.

The dog ID tags were as described. I got to choose which color. I have 3 dogs, so got a different color for each dog. I had their name and my cell number engraved on each. Well worth the price!!

Nice quality collars. I ordered 2. They are bright colors and the names and numbers are printed in an easy to read font. They look and fit great. I have 16 lb dachshunds and ordered a size small.
