I use the measurements on the guide and I ordered a medium and when I got it, it was too small for my dog. I actually need a large and I wanted to know how I can return it and order a large.

I bought 4 hoodies for my dogsm, measured neck size as instructed on the website. 2 hoodies were sweatshirt material, 2 were flannel like which was not described as such on their website. None of the hoodies fit, they were all too small. I contacted them to return the items and the return was refused by them. DO not order anything from them, if they don't stand behind their products and do the right thing.

I got the leash and love it. I have never received the collar that was ordered in I believe November.
