Ordered a product in December, never received confirmation or order number until I called. Two months later I called and was told the glasses were on back order and I'd receive in March. Called again in April and told they cancelled the order and the item was no longer available (called the manufacturer and was told the item is a staple and available). No refund issued when cancelled in March without any notification being sent to me regarding the cancellation. On April 15 was told a refund would be issued in 24 hours - 6 days later still no refund. Worst customer service ever. Rude service person name Katie who no decent company would ever hire.

I ordered eye glasses in December and never received them. Company told me there is nothing they can do about it. I am out $169. Customer service reps gave me the run around and there is still not resolution. Looking to take further legal action. Buyer beware.

Had ordered a pair of sunglasses from isunglasses.com. After a week of not thinking about it, I went back and looked through my emails and noticed I never received an order confirmation, or any communication for that matter after placing my order. Luckily I had ordered using paypal to pay. I sent isunglasses.com an email. Day later after hearing no response from them, I opened a dispute with paypal for the charge. A few days later I received a phone call and talked with a Lisa. She informed me that the glasses I had ordered were backordered and they should be receiving them any day. Fine, no big deal. I just wish they had communicated this with me. I informed her that I would stop the dispute with paypal once I saw a shipping confirmation. A week later still nothing. I emailed them again and received a response this time saying that they would not ship the item until I stopped the dispute with paypal. I was done at this point. I let the paypal dispute finish up. They never once responded to the open dispute with paypal and try to clear it up. Am convinced that had I closed the dispute on my side, I would never have seen the sunglasses and I would've been SOL. Lame customer service, and lame business model if they are a legit business. I would steer clear of these guys and do NOT do business with them.

As said in my previous review THESE GUYS RIPPED ME OFF AND ITS GOING TO BE 2 MONTHS I AM STRUGGLING TO GET MY REFUND BACK. I HAVE THE TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS ITEM DELIVERED AND THEY DON'T CARE $174.99 THEY RIPPED ME OFF

Look carefully. I was fooled by the four good reviews below. But take a better look, reviews are made on exact following order (2012.3.23/3.24/3.26/3.27). AND EACH REVIEWER ONLY HAS THIS ONE REVIEW!! - They are their sales or the people work there or maybe the boss!!! I have a really bad experience and the sales girl Katie with extension 108 yelled me on the phone saying " dispute where ever you want.!" Before I made my order, I tried to get reviews on this website. Because it was my first time buying glasses on the web and also the first time buying from them. I came up with these reviews that made up my mind to trust them. Now, I realized that alll these reviews are their own advertisements. DON"T SHOP WITH THEM. They the the kind of business should be out of business!
