I submitted a order on April. They told me it will be processed in 3-5 days. one month passed, no response and no deliver. I have to send message to the company. They tell me to wait. Another month passed, still no deliver. I call to their customer desk to ask why. Guess what, the girl said I can cancel your order and hang up my call!!! This is the worst company, and the worst customer service.

I ordered a pair of Etnia Barcelona glasses. They were $179. I received a conformation email stating that I would receive an email in 3-5 days confirming shipment. No email came. I called the company a week after and they said it wasn't in stock but it would be shipped by Friday. No word by Friday. Called the company back, and the phone number had been disconnected. Emailed twice and never received a response. Finally called a 5th time and received a customer service rep who told me it would be another week before they received it. I cancelled my order. Very sketchy company.

Ordered a pair of tiffany sunglasses and paid for overnight shipping, after 6 days they still had not sent a conformation email for being sent and told me that the glasses were in stock but not physically in stock to send so they would not arrive on time. A freaking joke. So unprofessional.

Found Tiffany frames on another site for 155.55 so I submitted the website for the price match guarantee. I got an email in return saying that they wouldn't match the price even though they have a price match guarantee. They said that the 155 price was too close to the wholesale price they pay for the frames. So basically, they lie. They tell you they'll price match until there's not enough meat on the bone for them! Liars.

I ordered a Tom Ford sunglasses through Amazon.com, with Isunglasses being the third party seller. When the sunglasses arrived, it had a minor scratch on the lenses. I put that in my product review on Amazon. I was contacted by a customer representative at Isunglasses, saying they saw my review and would like to rectify the issue. He said he could either refund me for the sunglasses or I can return the sunglasses I have and they will exchange it. I agreed to an even exchange. I returned the sunglasses to Isunglasses. I contacted them 2 weeks later because I did not receive any confirmation saying the sunglasses were received or mailed. I spoke to the same representative whose name is Evan. He told me that they need to go through the returns and then they will ship the sunglasses to me. Two days later, I received a refund for the sunglasses. I contact Evan and asked why was the money refunded back to my account. I agreed to an even exchange. He said they don't have the sunglasses. They have all been discontinued. I said that is ridiculous, why offer to send me a different sunglasses without a scratch in the first place. If none was available. He then said i could order another sunglasses, however I would have to pay at the price through the website which was $245, I paid $130 for the sunglasses. I refused and demanded to speak with a manager. He then said you have your refund and hung up the phone on me. I called back to speak to a manager, only to find out that he is the manager. I was then hung up on again by another customer service which said she cannot change the price of the product. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. These people contacted me and basically made an arrangement and then did not come through on what was promised. This company is a scam and I would not recommend anyone else to purchase anything from them. They are extremely rude and does not care to meet the customer needs.

This is the worst purchase I have every made!!! Purchased my sunglasses Dec 31, 2014 & it is now Feb 6, 2015 & still cannot recieve my glasses, but you were quick to take my money. I've called many times to inquire about the location of my glasses (where are they) & all I've been told is that they still have not received them from the manufacturer with the promise that they would contact me & let me know what the status was on my order. It's now been 3 weeks!!!! I will never do business with this company again. My husband is in the military & I will make sure that he spreads the word on how this company does business. Very unprofessional & highly upset!!!!

I hesitantly ordered from this company because I could not find the sunglasses I wanted any where else. I figured if there were any issues I could dispute the charges on my card. They send you an email with your receipt saying in 1-5 business days they will send you an email with your shipping information. Just like their reviews say………..NOTHING! I am going to give them the opportunity to contact me as I have submitted an email request for them to do so but I am doubtful I will be contacted. How does a company like this stay is business. I wish I would have seen their "F" rating on the BBB and all of the same issues.
