In my case it worked. After many email exchanges with support, we managed to figure out where one of the problems was, and a new version was released that corrected another problem.

My dad is a senior who is quite vulnerable got locked out of his iphone and no one would help including the store he bought the phone at. At first I couldn't get the program to see his phone, it turned out to be a cable issue not the software. It was the dreaded iphone unavailable, and this software was very detailed and worked perfectly, you guys are Saints!

isumsoft helped me unlock my samsung galaxy a10 very quickly and the support was great. This is a great product if you forgot your password/pattern and the support team is very helpful. Recommend

An indispensable tool for technicians and anyone who needs a safe and practical working environment. You don't need to take your notebook anywhere, just take a USB stick and do everything quickly, quietly and without hassle. The program makes everything simple and efficient!
