I bought a service for my phone. But their application did not work. I asked refund but what I wrote or asked they offered me use the alternative way. I thought that they were scammers because their response time is like 24 hours. It means if you try something and send an email them, you will get the next response 24 hours later. Hopefully it worked after many reset and try.

This company is fraudulent. Read the positive reviews here to see they are all written the same and are clearly untrue. The company isumsoft and their trading name "digital river" have been reported by hundreds of people in Australia. They have also been red flagged for future block lists. Be warned do not buy or download software from this website. Their practices are extremely dodgy and past the website there are red flags everywhere. You have been warned.
