Absolute scam of a website. Doesn’t do anything like it says it does.

I bought the windows password refixer software from this company under the false hopes of helping me with the login problem in my win11 laptop. After installing the trial, it pointed me to being able to find and fix the issue, although a full version would be needed. As soon as I bought the full license, the problem was not even identified. They say they offer 30 day money back guarantee but it's a complete scam! UPDATE (31/10/24): after dozens of emails exchanged, I managed to get the refund. I would say that the product is generally ok and should meet the purpose. In my case, Bitlocker got in the way and there was no mention that with Bitlocker the software wouldn't work, so I guess this info should be provided in the product details upfront. The quality of curstomer service seems to depend on who you get.

I bought a service for my phone. But their application did not work. I asked refund but what I wrote or asked they offered me use the alternative way. I thought that they were scammers because their response time is like 24 hours. It means if you try something and send an email them, you will get the next response 24 hours later. Hopefully it worked after many reset and try.

Purchase Experience: Bought online. Never received a key. Instead was sent a direct download upon contacting CS support by email. Operations: It worked perfectly.
