Stay away this is a SCAM "Hasn't replied to negative reviews for the past 12 months." Just about sums this company up I purchased Outlook Password recovery software. Only to find that it does not work. After numerous emails asking for a solution have received replies with a max of four-word answers, none of which worked. Have sent another email asking for a refund and telling them exactly what I thought of them. To date have received no reply. My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing this utter crap is DON'T. It was not that it was "too much trouble" everything I attempted as instructed did not work. This software in my opinion is just not fit for purpose and as for refund policy, well that is an absolute waste of time.

We try our best to reply every email from our customers, but due to too many emails and time difference between countries, sometimes we reply a little later. Outlook file password recovery usually takes some time, depending on the complexity length of your password, computer performance, and software parameter settings. This is true no mater which software you use in the market. I have checked my email with you a few months ago. When I asked you to try each recovery type one by one, you think it too much trouble and then asked for a refund. But this is not in line with our refund policy. I’m sorry.
