Have two 10x15 units storing everything from a 3 bedroom home until I can move into new home.. Both are supposed to be climate controlled, I keep a thermometer and humidistat in them that tracks max and min temps etc.. and the temps have been near 100* recorded in them with high humidity. They have told me they will look into it but nothing has changed. I blame the AC system itself, poor design.. It feeds from the end of the building which has the thermostat in first unit.. Mine is about 25 units in towards the center so none of the air makes it there. HORRIBLE design. They offered to move me to a unit that is closer to the end if one should ever open up when I brought this up so it's obvious they know it's an issue.. However who's gonna pay for a moving crew to move two completely full units? I'm stuck here unfortunately until I can move into new home. I feel they should be giving me a discount for this, hopefully none of my items get ruined. Very disappointed.

I was feeling crushed in my two 10x10s so I wanted a 10x30, couldn't get one, took a 10x20. Emptied one 10x10 early in the month thinking you would give me credit on the new, larger unit - like others do. But you were too greedy and made me pay for the entire month. I cannot recommend such a greedy company to anyone else. Sorry

I was out of town and missed my payment date because of my credit card being compromised and bank stopped my card. By the time I figured out the card had a issue the payment was only a few days late and they charged me $75.00 for both storage unit I had. I have been a customer for 11 years and have multiple storage units. No other storage facility charges this much for late fee's. They refuse to work with me at all with the late fee's. I was very disappointed with their customer service during this situation. I don't recommend istorage to others.

I made a payment after office hours (early due to holiday) on July 4th. This payment was not accepted and I was charged a late fee due to company policy of there being no one to accept it. Why have the drop box fir payment after hours if is not acceptable to pay that way and have it accepted?

This place is nothing but a bunch of garage doors to store stuff in. My stuff was ruined from rain and dirt that got in thru the door and it was never Colin there. Far from being climate controlled! They have one AC unit on the end of the building and they think that little thing will cool the whole building? I took my stuff out of there and moved it to the Lock Up on golden Gate Parkway and my stuff is all inside, stays clean and the whole building stay nice and cool. Well worth paying a little extra to keep my stuff in good shape. If you love your stuff then don't store it here!

The lady she has an attitude!

Prices have increased over 30% since the new company took over. I had to take off work and spent half a day there because someone smashed the door to my unit and received nothing but a belligerent phone call from the manager who can't be reached without going to through the front office staff. Overall, I find that the place is not worth half what they charge. My next free weekend, I'm out.

We moved our daughters to and from college storing their items until the next semester began. On one such weekend we moved out our daughters belongings and drove them out of state. When we returned to put items in the storage unit we were unable to enter the property and we were locked out of our unit. We never gave notice of vacating, and we were paid in full. The office staff was rude never admitting their mistake. We will not do business with them again!
