My first experience was an email sent to Istorage in Crystal River. I was surprised to receive a call rather than a reply to my email. This personal touch sealed the deal for me. The Manager was very pleasant and told me there would be know need for money to reserve a unit. When I arrived on the date requested, we would settle up with the storage. I was not able to make and date as mentioned. The Manager explained there would not be a problem. I called the Manager the following day and explained we need one more day. Again, no problem and he thanked me for keeping him informed. I called in the morning and told him when we would be arriving. During the conversation I ask if the Manager knew anyone who could help offload the truck. He said he knew of two men that may be able to help. When I arrived the men where there to begin unloading. Trust me, at 68 and heat in the 90s they were a blessing. I would highly recommend Istorage for your storage needs.

The ladies at Istorage were extremely helpful as we struggled with the decision regarding storing our belongings, as we wait for our new home to be completed. Given this was our first experience with storage facilities, we left there feeling confident of the competence of the staff and the security of the location.

Best storage facility I have used. Staff really cares for their customers. My boat 2as not in its parking spot and they called myself and my family to check on my situation. Really shows they care.

Clean, secure, temperature controlled. The cost of the unit (5x5) is on par with, or even below, that of similar storage facilities in other cities. Employees are helpful, and have always been friendly.

I have no problem's with the company, the site is always kept clean and the workers are very friendly almost like there family...i am very happy with the service...
