This is a very well run storage facility in Lacey's Spring, AL! Becky and Leeann do a great job managing this storage yard. They have been very responsive to our needs! In the past we have stored our 5th wheel trailer there for several years and now we are currently storing household goods in two spaces, one climate controlled and the other without climate control while our house is being built nearby.

Have to say that the service was impeccable! Kevin, Craig, and the customer service staff couldn't have been more helpful! The new unit that I rented was clean & ready to move in. istorage must be doing something right as I was fortunate enough to get the last unit that they had available. Keep up the good work guys!!! 😀

We have moved to South Korea and are not sure of the longevity of our stay but its currently over one year and may be as much as two to three years. We tried the conventional storage on a pervious trip to Korea and came home to ruined wedding pictures and things that could not be replaced. We were sold on the idea of climate control. Judy is the only employee that we have worked with but I wouldn't want anyone else. She is an excellent employee who cares about her customers and is friendly, courteous, and goes beyond the normal to help you. I would definitely recommend Istorage.
