It's a clean office and organized

I was very pleased and happy with the service and facilities at your carson city location. I was going to buy a shelf unit to organize the stuff I have in there. unfortunately I can't remember the managers name, but as we were talking and I mentioned waht my plans were, he said there were some metal shelves someone left in a unit and I can have one if I wanted. Needless to say I was most appreciative of the offer and gladly took one. That was very kind of him

I have researched for the month of october to store my camper at a local IStorage I received great customer service on phone and at local IStorage. They stayed in touch with me and were very patient with me until I made my decision. They kept everything clear with fees associated rental agreement it is secure, gated and would recommend anyone wanted to store personal toys and things at IStorage.

Nice facility for the short rent I needed. Could supply a battery jump start if needed also air for low tires. Other than that nice place.

Staff is conscientious and follows up with any issues. Convenient storage all on one level .

I stopped by in August to explore the future possibility of storing my 24ft. motorhome at your facility. I wasn't ready to commit at that time. There were openings at that time and you had a special of two free months with a commitment. When I left I gave my name and contact info. We agreed that I would be contacted if they became short on spots that the free offer would expire. I heard nothing after I left and was surprised that when I called there was only one spot left and the free offer had expired. I grabbed the last spot and parked my motor home there. It is a nice facility and I am satisfied with my spot and the pricing. I was treated very well by the staff and I did not make a issue of my previous understanding.
