I found the staff at the Akron facility, very helpful and friendly. wanted to rent an outdoor RV site, was told there was only one left. Rather then simply having me commit over the phone, he suggested I come look at the site, it was in the back corner of the lot, with a difficult turn to reach it, he just wanted me to feel comfortable with the site, he personally drove me over to the spot and made sure I was aware of all the problems with the spot. I took the spot.

Everything about Istorage is first rate from the courtesy with which they answer the phone to the delivery of your boat or RV. They even inflate your tires before you leave. The employees seem to be happy to work there!

From the time I came in and rented a space everyone was super helpful and the place was spotless and clean. I would recommend this place to all my friends

I had lots of help with the things I needed from them. I feel safe storing my things there with all the protection there.

Having passed the Storage Center many times, never dreamed we would need one. We decided to move, starting inquiring. Stopped by first day spoke to a young lady. She explained everything, showed us the size we wanted. Took a deposit and stated she would call when it got closer. We decided to use it immediately since we were partially packed. The young man who took care of us a few days later was a true sales person. He truly was taught the informed consent course, he did not miss anything. Took us for a ride to where our site was. Cleaned out the bin, explained again, gave us the do's and don'ts. Extremely pleasant. Using it on a daily basis. Great location

I could not ask for a better customer service experience than the one Ashley provided. She rearranged her schedule to accommodate mine, was completely prepared when I walked in the door. She took the time to explain everything to me so I was comfortable. The facility was spotless, seems very secure. I have complete confidence in leaving my belongings at IStorage and would strongly recommend them to others! I am completely satisfied with my decision to utilize their facility.

So far I am very satisfied with the space, conditions, accessibility, and price of the storage unit (10x25x12). I have to say that Diane in the front office is wonderful. Not only did she treat me like royalty, but she patiently showed me my unit in the rain and answered all of my questions. She was a bit of sunshine on a miserable day. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her, and will make it a routine to stop in and say hi to her when I can.
