When I arranged to rent at your facility I told them the dates I needed. When I arrived to pay and use the unit I was told I could not rent a partial month. I wanted to rent from 12/7 - 4/6. Instead of 4 months as I was told, new policy says that would me 5 months - having to pay for the entire month of April. When I reserved I gave the dates and told them I wanted to take advantage of the pay for 2 and get 2 months free. Mike offered to refund the deposit but of course I had no time to look for another facility. I will get a family member to pick up our car before 3/31. Bad business practice. I should have been told of the policy change when I paid my deposit. Both Mike and the girl in the office were extremely courteous.

Your units that say hallway access DON'T say this is the only way to gain access - i.e. exclusively and with no direct outside access. Your website shows only direct access pictures from the outside. Manipulating equipment up a ramp and through a relatively narrow doorway was a nightmare. And you didn't offer any help. Units are clean. Lighting is OK. Did not know I had to bring two locks with me. Your admin person did a very good job setting up the account. You need to light the entrance keypad access unit. I had to use my phone for light in the rain after dark.

When I began my search for storage units I started online, as most people do. I was thoroughly impressed by the prices listed online. However, those prices are VERY deceiving. When I called to make a reservation, the actual prices were at least $50 higher! I was shocked. I went in to tour the facility (which is very clean and maintained) and I was given the actual prices and told the special for October was 50% off the first 2 months. Well, to my surprise, the day I went in to pay for my unit and sign a lease, there were magically, no longer any specials??? I was upset. I told her I would have to discuss with my husband and come back. After realizing we were running out of time to find storage we decided we would have to just accept the false advertisement and sign up. Then when we went back to sign, the deal was back???? I don't understand. We signed our lease, the math still does not add up and we paid in full for 3 months. We wouldn't use I storage if we had more time to research before our move. But we will continue to store there for the time being and just be very cations of any further "deals" being offered.

As for the iStorage area and the unit itself, they are both very well kept and clean. However, on Sunday, July 26th, when my movers arrived to put my boxes into my unit there was a UHaul truck parked at the entrance to the security gate and my movers were unable to enter the site with their large moving van. It was pouring rain all day, my boxes got wet and started to fall apart and I had to buy new boxes to replace them which was costly. I also had to use my own car, a Highlander, to move boxes between the moving van and the storage unit entrance. We could not locate the owner of the UHaul and there was no answer at either of the numbers I was given to use. I contacted the office on Monday morning and advised them of this and suggested they put a "NO PARKING AT ANY TIME" sign in that area right outside the security gate. I remember when we rented the unit the same van was parked in the same place. Something needs to be done so that next time I need to have my movers come, they are not blocked by anything. If I have a similar experience next time, I will sue for any damage to my property and any additional expenses I have because someone thinks that the spot is their private parking place.

We just closed out our storage locker. It was absolutely fantastic....but.....the price became ridiculous. So we only gave it 3 stars.

Moving from another state can be daunting and overwhelming. When I first found this location I was quite happy on how reasonable the price was. Now it is just so expensive. It has been raised about 2-3 times, but the level of service or maintaining the grounds look the same as it was before. I understand companies change, merge, and revise their ways of business, but instead of raising prices on new customers, the prices were raised on everyone. Just feel disappointed because you aren't showing any increased services for almost doubling my monthly payment.

your roads need serious fixing , why do I have to park on a hill to use my unit , I can't reach door handle to pull door down, slide lock is difficult to move back and forth, I do not have heat or electricity in my unit , I am on fixed income monthly, so why do you keep raising rent fees? and charging so much for late fees? you are taking advantage of customers because they need your services!!

Sales people were very helpful. Very informative This is my first experience renting storage unit I like the fact that they also have mailboxes so when we move we can forward mail there til we get a house
