Inadequate quality
I purchased a instrument cluster for my 2005 GMC Sierra truck back on June 11, 2025. As of Oct 1, 2026 the lights for the info driver display are no longer bright enough to see. My original cluster last 20 years and the one from ISS Automotive lasted 1 year 3 months. Since the 1 year warranty has passed I would have to pay another $250 for a replacement or $175 to send in the cluster for repair. I expected the cluster to last longer than it did. I would have been better off buying a brand new cluster if I knew the cluster from ISS Automotive would last for a short period of time. With the cost of the current cluster and getting a replacement I'm going to be in for approximately $500. Thanks ISS Automotive for an outstanding product...NOT.
