ive been putting this off for a long time due to finance. been driving at night with a flashlight just to get by. was happy to find you guys as an affordable fix that I could easily replace myself. Shipping was fast, return was easy customer service was perfect. I recommend ISS for your needs.

Received proper instrument panel, installed easily, worked as promised. The return of the core was easy.

Was exactly as stated everything works perfect couldn’t be any easier receiving and sending the old unit back

Paid extra for fast service, took over 2 weeks. Almost impossible to reach anyone for customer service.

Great Customer Service, had a question on the status of my order and they responded immediately. My replacement instrument cluster came in with zero damage and worked great upon installation. Highly recommend ISS if your needing a cluster or cluster parts!!!

I purchased a instrument cluster for my 2005 GMC Sierra truck back on June 11, 2025. As of Oct 1, 2026 the lights for the info driver display are no longer bright enough to see. My original cluster last 20 years and the one from ISS Automotive lasted 1 year 3 months. Since the 1 year warranty has passed I would have to pay another $250 for a replacement or $175 to send in the cluster for repair. I expected the cluster to last longer than it did. I would have been better off buying a brand new cluster if I knew the cluster from ISS Automotive would last for a short period of time. With the cost of the current cluster and getting a replacement I'm going to be in for approximately $500. Thanks ISS Automotive for an outstanding product...NOT.

Found out about ISS online. I took my instrument cluster to them for repair. I needed some help with the online form to get it repaired. Kim at the company helped me out and I was able to get it in for repair. Took them 2-3 days for the repair and to ship instrument cluster back to me (Free Shipping to me). Put it back in my Ford F150 and it worked great till I pushed the (Reset) button for the oil change. The digital screen went blank (Same problem I had took it in for). Texted ISS, told them the problem wasn't fixed. They sent me a return shipping label, I sent it back and 2-3 days later I had it back and reinstalled in my Ford. I haven't had a problem since and would definitely use them again. Great prices, free return shipping, very knowledgeable and instrument cluster looks great now. I would recommend the lifetime warranty and the expedited shipping, it is well worth it. These guys Rock!!!!!! Thank you for the great service

I sent my 2006 suburban gauge cluster in for refurbishment and a few upgrades to include adding a transmission temp guage, and upgrading to red led back lighting. The process was quick and easy. Everything on my guage cluster works perfect now and it looks better than new. Highly recommend the team at ISS Automotive.
