When I ordered the gauge cluster for my 03 Chevy I imagined that old would be a rebuilt worn unit but it was completely clean as new, and plug n play all worked nicely. nice to have the gauges working again. The shipping was quick and i had it in hand quickly.

outstanding turn around time, super great packaging for shipment and good communications.

Needed an instrument cluster for my 2000 GMC. Issautomotive packaged my order with well apparent great care and shipped it promptly. I would order from them without hesitation says it all.

They did a fantastic job fixing my instrument cluster. They were fast and a great price and they shipped it back fast and wrapped it better than I sent it to them. It works great now and they cleaned it up it looks brand new. Great job I definitely recommend this company.

The unit arrived in good condition, my mechanic installed it in 2 hours and it is operating beautifully. Saved 1k over dealer install.

I am so surprised to find a company that is actually customer-oriented!! ISS AUTOMOTIVE's technical expertise was spot on, and they shipped the dash cluster in a well-packaged, shock-resistant box. The dash cluster is an exact replacement for my 2003 Serra, and with LED illumination, it will outlast my truck. The directions are clear, concise, and easy to follow. ISS Automotive stands behind their product and shipped a replacement for mine, which failed after three (3) years of usage!! Way to go, ISS Automotive!! I highly recommend doing business with ISS Automotive!

I recommend doing business with ISS. The company is very responsive to your needs. Obtaining your replacement parts and returning the core is very streamlined and easy. Super prompt shipping. Very good company
