I just closed on a transaction from a lead I purchased from iSpeedtoLead. I had to call the Seller a few times and stay in touch. We ultimately closed on the transaction. Seller was very happy and said they would refer me to friends and family.

They are cutting edge when it comes to Prospect Leads for Real Estate Leads. They are very responsive when I need Technical Support and they try to give their users every advantage they can, so you can succeed. I have had a very positive and productive experience with I Speed To Lead thus far.

I have literally unsubscribed from them in so many ways and still get spam messages. On top of that, they manage to find my personal number, which I never signed up using. STOP

iSpeedToLead has been a gamechanger in the wholesaling space. Their advertisements are targeted to cash-buyer friendly areas, their leads are solid, and their packages and deals are insane. There are always sales, always events, and always live calls and streams going on with people closing these leads like crazy. Amazing PPL!

I purchased $2800 worth of leads the week of June. These were the "fixed priced mode" leads, which were exclusive leads within their platform that are exclusive to you. When you set a specific budget, you're also are rewarded with extra leads. There first few leads weren't great, I believe them to be tire-kickers. Julia (sales rep) provided me with extra leads (non-exclusive) leads. I had some good conversations with them and was able to set up two appointments which I'm confident I'll close. The few exclusive one's I requested a refund for and the team that handle refunds dragged their feet on it. I was pretty upset about this and complain about it to Julia. Yurri, the sales manager reach out to me personally to help solve the problem and he did just that shortly after. I had a great experience with this company. My feedback would be to communicate and set expectations, especially with new clients. Instead of giving a perfect 5 star, I would give 4.5 stars if I could. My experience so far is that they will bend over backwards to make sure their clients are happy which is all anyone could ask for. No one's perfect but it's obvious that they strive for perfection. Well done Ispeedtolead. We will continue to work with you.

I have locked up over 10 deals, closed 1 and have 3 others that will close in the next 14 - 20 days. ISTL is an amazing on-demand platform that allows users to pick leads based on their buying criteria. I thoroughly enjoy the platform as I wholesale in 10 states. They stand by their refund policy which sets them apart from other providers. I would highly suggest the platform.
