Is it worth it!! YES!
I am new to real estate and with some many guru's and after extensive searches for reliable leads I screened out the rest and came up with ispeedtolead. I purchased $5200 worth of leads and went to work. The great added bonus is the fair treatment of lead quality and the customer service is worth the purchase in and of itself.

Ispeed is a terrible platform
Ispeed is a terrible platform. They reel you in with great promises of solid leads. Then they use a million rules to qualify for a refund. My business partner T. Mashkow started with this company while using my Discover card. We paid $9999 in advance for leads, and had to pause spend after spending $3200 because leads were trash. Unfortunately, the refund policy was terrible. We agreed to forfeit $3200 just based on our lack of understanding. Ispeed now refuses to give the remaining $6800 back. To top it off our account access has been shut off and customer service refuses to fix the problem after acknowledging a refund was agreed to within 3-5 days. That was 2 months ago. Buyer beware!

Great support
Great support! I've bought several leads from iSpeed. Just closed a deal recently with a $20k assignment fee. My go-to company for leads. Staff is very responsive and promptly answers any questions I have. Highly recommend.

iSpeedToLead Experience
Have been using iSpeedToLead for the past month and its been great! Have purchased 50+ leads so far and have had great conversations with sellers. Really love the AI Call Summary tool which gives a glimpse at the level of motivation the seller has which is great when deciding what leads to purchase.

I have purchased 85 leads from Ispeedtolead and I love how they continue to innovate and stay at the edge of new technology. I use their AI call summary to save me time. In the past I would have to relisten to each call before a follow up. Now it's super to read the call summary.
