iSpeed is the catalyst to jump start your business!
What can I say? So much value being provided by Yuri and Gene. The leads are a game changer! This is the only platform I'm aware of the provides quality leads at a great price AND the Deal Predictor score, details on the lead, Ai call summary, strategy and scrips - all available to help you make an informed decision prior to purchasing the lead. After that it's up to you! Throw in the weekly live coaching with Yuri and spotlight coaching with RJ Bates 111, Maximilian Dier, Zach Ginn and many others - you've got inspiration and support! What are you waiting for? RUN to get in and elevate your game!

ISTL is the gold standard for PPL.
ISTL is the gold standard for PPL in the Real Estate Investing space. Their website and app user interface is top notch. Their team is super helpful with customer support and their free webinars and coaching calls are very helpful. Plenty of leads to go around, even in smaller markets, all at a reasonable price. 10 stars!

The webinars and coaching sessions are very helpful. The ISTL team is very kind and far in how they treat their clients. They always have coupons and give away that are a great added value.

ISTL helps those who don’t have time or…
ISTL helps those who don’t have time or even don’t have success with “cold” calling sellers, by allowing you to hand pick your lead for an affordable price. Also, Yuri, Sofiia, and the rest of their customer support team is TOP NOTCH and gets back to you promptly like you’re an important asset to the company! Not to mention how beneficial it is to be able to interact with Yuri (and often my guy Rosevelt) WEEKLY on live webinars where they attempt to answer EVERY question that the participants have (whether you have invested your money or not)… and best of all is the fact that they give away $5K WEEKLY also!!!

Hi - there! Really appreciate your kind words! Knowing that our curated lead marketplace, weekly Q&As with Yuri (and sometimes Rosevelt!), and responsive support are all helping you move faster makes our day. Glad you’re enjoying the $5K weekly giveaways too. Keep us posted on your wins! — Serhii Poliukhovich Support Team Lead, iSpeedToLead

ISTL is Tony The Tiger GRRRREAT!!!!
I’ve been on ISTL since January 2025. My experience with the leads has been amazing! The Couple Club is perfect for me and my company. It’s Budget friendly with leads as low as $29 per lead!! My experience with the lead contacts has been great. I’m a small shop so my calls are always on going and consistent. Until someone tells me the property is no longer available or stop calling , I CALL!!! No Answer I CALL!! Voice mail I CALLl!!. I locked up a contract six months after my initial call on a ISTL lead. They also have Refunds for bad leads, so no wasted budget concerns. The customer service is awesome and very helpful. I can always speak to someone and if they can’t answer my questions or concerns I’ve always gotten a call back from someone who could. Promotions are forever going on every month. It’s always a special or something to help out with leads and/or other business perks. ISTL is a perfect lead source for big or small real estate wholesales businesses. I highly recommend ISTL!!

Hi there, Thank you for the fantastic 5-star review and for sticking with us since January 2025! We love hearing how Coupon Club’s budget-friendly pricing and your consistent follow-up turned into a contract—even months after the first call. That kind of persistence is exactly what wins deals. Your shout-out to our support team and refund policy means a lot to us. We’ll share your kind words with the crew—they’ll be thrilled. We’re honored to be a trusted lead source for your business! With gratitude, — Serhii Poliukhovich Support Team Lead, iSpeedToLead
