I received my order of rainbow flip flops very quickly.!

Ginny in the FL Customer Service facility id simply INCREDIBLE. She is fully capable, efficient and truly wants to help make things right. She very quickly resolved the issue I had with placing an online order; simply put, she took over and made it alright for me, all the time reassuring me that it was her pleasure to help and that she would take care of it all -- which she did!!!! Thanks so much Ginny.

I was very happy with the easy ordering process and the quick shipping. My favorite thing about this experience was the instant direct messages from Island Surf telling me that my order was in my mailbox!

Great price, arrived quickly and a brief phone conversation mad this a perfect purchase!

Had a little mishap with my order due to some missing information in the product description. Customer service was extremely helpful and they took care of the issue in a timely manner and even went the extra mile for my trouble. I will definitely keep shopping with IslandSurf! Thank you!
