I'm happy to say that the staff at Island Surf exceeded all expectations and turned what most would consider an inconvenience into a breezy transaction. After my initial order was placed they informed me that the sandals I ordered were on back order. With a wedding in (3) weeks I was quite nervous that they would come in. Not only did the associate get with the buyer, have these added to an existing PO, she also followed up with multiple phone calls as she said she would (a rarity nowadays). In addition to keeping me well informed along the ways I was also given an unexpected 10% discount for my "trouble".
