I liked the product at first but after the first wash, washing it like instructed to, it shrink a lot. So it went from fitting my fiancé perfect to barely being long enough to wear...

My order came quickly and the shoes were a great quality. Unfortunately, I had to return them because I purchase a 0.5 size too small.. I was not a fan of the return/exchange policy - hence my 4 stars. The prepaid return label cost nearly $9 off my refund. I purchased the sandals with a "free shipping" promo code as a new member, so paying to return even though I wanted to exchange was a hard pill to swallow. To clarify: in order to exchange, you return your order and simply purchase again. While that would generally work, when I make the first purchase with free shipping, I would like to be able to carry that over until I have received the final product...

Great deals on top-notch products. Great service as well. Only reservation is that the return system is a little ambiguous. Haven't made a return, but one time I almost did and decided not to partly because I wasn't sure how.

Everything about IslandSurf was good if i had a question they answered it, I live in Hawaii and it took them 3-4 days to get a pair of slippers shipped to me. So the order went in and then they waited 4 days till they actually put them in the mail. other than that it was good. Just kinda slow on shipping stuff.
