I purchased a new kavu bag and when I received it I discovered a hole in the inside lining. I was do disappointed but opted to not send it back to save time and shipping money. Oh well.

The box was in poor condition when received. The shoes looked like they had been tried on several times; definitely not new condition, maybe they had been returned a few times. The ankle strap was a joke; one strap too long, the other too short. I made it work but would probably would have preferred to purchase them at Nordstrom's if I had it to do over again. I was not going to send them back and pay for a bunch of shipping and handling costs.

Got 2 day shipping and day 4 it's still not here

I bought my first pair of Rainbow thongs and they look so awful! they're super narrow so is the heel they're shaped like a nail file, and look ridiculous on, I wish that This was mentioned in the description that the foot bed is is going to look like you're walking on Popsicle sticks, and I would have ordered a men's sandal because the footbed would look normal and I wouldn't feel like a dingus when Everytime I attempt to wear them.

It would be nice if everything shipped together. One bag shipped from Florida and made it no problem, the bag that shipped from Pennsylvania still has not made it here even though it was supposed to be delivered over the weekend.

Purchased my long awaited pair of Birkenstocks from Island Surf. I appreciated how quickly the shipping was and couldn't have been more excited. However, the packaging was terrible. When I opened the shipping bag, both sandals were out of the box with the box itself being smashed/flattened. Along with the wadded paper that belongs inside the shoe just thrown about. Unsure of what exactly happened but with a product I paid a hefty price for I would have liked them to have been neatly packaged and cared for. It made me question the quality of the shoes or if they may have been used before as well.. Again, quick arrival but weary of ever ordering again.

The ordering process was frustrating enough - they don't let you add items to your cart without first creating an account, except they never tell you that and I had to figure it out by guessing. I gave up a few times, but really wanted the sandals so kept trying. The Live Chat function was never available and no one ever responded to my email about the issue. Once I did order I got confirmation of the order and then another when everything shipped. More problems began once the sandals began to arrive. First I was sent the wrong pair of sandals. Then the next package came with only two items. Then nothing. So not only was I missing 3 items, but I also had something I never ordered. While the response this time was within 24 hours, I found it pretty rude for them to say "Please note, if upon receipt of the return, no discrepancy is found with the order and what was shipped, your refund amount may be reduced by the cost of the return shipping label or $8.00." You think I don't know what I ordered? That I can't look at the picture on the screen of what I ordered and see that what you sent wasn't it? How obnoxious. I've ordered Island Surf before and I was unhappy with the sandals, but blamed Reef more than these guys, but service is everything when you can choose from a number of different outlets. Not horrible, but not pleasant either.

I orders what I thought were adult sandals and they were not. They were kids but in my order form in my email it didn't say anything about them being kids sandals, so I have to send them back.
