I received the correct product in an incorrect color. I called customer service, was on hold for a few minutes, and then had to leave a message without speaking to anyone. Fortunately, I got a quick call back and a replacement pair of sandals are on their way. Hopefully quickly because I need to break them in before an upcoming trip! Great customer service although definitely a disappointing transaction overall. I originally ordered from Island Surf instead of directly from Rainbow due to their 2 day shipping except now I'm waiting longer anyway.

The sizes listed for the rainbow sandals are inaccurate. I went based on what islandsurf had written, then I got the flip flops. They were too small. I went and checked what XL meant on the rainbow website, and it is different.
